Occasionally, a situation can benefit from a facilitated conversation between both people involved. This process is always voluntary for all participants. The Ombuds will begin with individual visits with both participants to determine if mediation/facilitation is the right approach.
The Ombuds can provide team consultation to assist teams or departments to improve communication and cooperation among team members.
