The Fresh Start Fair on Jan. 17 was presented by Kent State's Center for Student Involvement to give students returning from winter break an opportunity to take a fresh look at student organizations that they might want to join. At the Kent State School of Fashion, students get access to world-class industry professionals and brands, including the world leader in French lace, Solstiss Lace. Through a collaboration with Solstiss Lace and the Kent State NYC Fashion program, students in the Junior Design Studio I class had the opportunity to design with French lace donated by the brand.
