Melissa Celko, director of Kent State of Wellness, has introduced a new Meditation Across Campus program, in which members of the university community can participate for free. “There is a real focus on the humanistic aspect of the quieting of the senses and the mind and allowing the body to find rest,” Ms. Celko told the Record-Courier (www.record-courier.com).
