Early childhood education majors at ������ helped create a Cultural Fair for third-graders of Kent City Schools. The event, held in the Kent Roosevelt gymnasium, included stations and activities for students to learn about different countries and cultures such as learning a traditional Persian dance. For the past two years, the Office of Faculty and Graduate Student Retention, Inclusion and Success has conducted an eight-week multidisciplinary summer research experience for undergraduates called the ASSURE (Access and Support for Successful Undergraduate Research Experience) program.
