COBRA Rates

The Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) gives workers and their families who lose their health benefits the right to continue group health benefits provided by their group health plan. These benefits may continue for limited periods of time under certain circumstances, such as voluntary or involuntary job loss, reduction in the hours worked, transition between jobs, death, divorce and other life events. Types of Gifts

  • A percentage bequest is a gift of a certain percentage of your estate
  • A specific bequest is a gift of a certain dollar amount or asset
  • A residual bequest is a gift made from the balance of your estate after the bequests to your heirs are honored
