Kent State Honors 2020 Diversity Award Recipients

As part of its annual Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration held Jan. 24, ºÚÁÏÍø has announced the 2020 recipients of its Diversity Trailblazer Award, Beverly J. Warren Unity Award for Diversity and Rozell Duncan Student Diversity Award.

David Kaplan, Ph.D., professor in the Department of Geography in the College of Arts and Sciences at ºÚÁÏÍø, has been elected president of the American Association of Geographers (AAG), the premier academic and professional geography organization in the United States, for 2019-20.
