About

The theme "Lift Off" encapsulates the essence of this pivotal moment in our lives as we prepare to embark on our post-graduation journeys. It represents both the literal sense of launching into new beginnings and the figurative sense of entering into the next phase of our designerly endeavors.

Visual communication design has the power to inspire, provoke thought, and evoke emotions. We invite you to immerse yourself in the transformative experience of our work. Your presence and support mean the world to us as we celebrate our achievements.

I only want my designee to have access for a particular time frame. Can I set a date range?

KSUview allows you to set a start and end date for each designee that a student identifies. Access KSUview either through the link in FlashLine within Student/Resources/Requests and Authorizations or by following the KSUview link at the bottom of the Student and Financial Aid menu. On the KSUview Management webpage, click on the name of the designee to expand their information. On the Profile tab, you see the Start Date and End Date. Each can be changed.

If I make someone a designee, can they call Kent State if they have questions about it?

If your designee has a question about the functionality of KSUview, they should first check the Designee FAQ's. If they have a question about your student information, remember: Your authorization is authorization to VIEW the item. KSUview does not give a designee the permission to discuss your educational record with a ºÚÁÏÍø official. If you would like your designee to be able to discuss the information you have authorized them to view, you need to also give them FERPA release access.
