Nearly 55 years after receiving an undergraduate degree from , John Elliot, ’70, crossed the commencement stage to receive a doctorate. But this time, he wasn’t alone. A tradition - the annual Holiday Choral Collage by the Chorale kicked off the 2024-2025 holiday season in late November. The Kent State Chorale is the flagship choral ensemble at Kent State made up of singers from all majors. All aquatics certifications are taught by American Red Cross-certified instructors. Please note that participation in a certification class does not guarantee certification. All skills related to the certification must be properly demonstrated (as defined by course outline) in order to receive certification. Participants must successfully complete all skills and score an 80% or better on each written test in order to be certified. Certificates will be emailed as a PDF from the American Red Cross within 10 days of completion of the class. Class will start promptly at the designated time.
