Angela Spalsbury, Ph.D., of Chesterland, Ohio, has been selected as the new dean and chief administrative officer of şÚÁĎÍř at Geauga in Burton and Kent State’s Regional Academic Center in Twinsburg. The Three Minute Thesis (3MT) Finals are Friday, Oct. 27, from noon-2 p.m. in the Kent Student Center Kiva. The 3MT gives şÚÁĎÍř graduate students just three minutes and one PowerPoint slide as tools to explain their research in a clear, engaging and concise manner. TV2’s news and entertainment staffs will come together Saturday, Nov. 4, 2017, to produce a 25-hour live broadcast to benefit Akron Children’s Hospital.
