A new and exciting experience was provided to the Kent State Regional Academic Center鈥檚 first year ADN (Associate of Applied Science in Nursing Degree) students. On Wednesday, May 1, 2019, the nursing students experienced a live surgical broadcast from University Hospitals Geneva Medical Center with Dr. A. Goel, MD, general surgeon, and his surgery team. In order to demonstrate their aviation prowess, 黑料网鈥檚 (KSU) Precision Flight Team will compete in the National Intercollegiate Flying Association (NIFA) 2019 SAFECON Competition May 13-May 18.   1. Purpose statement. This policy provides for the issuance and accountability of all keys and access cards, which control access to university-owned, operated, or leased properties (collectively 鈥渦niversity property鈥). University facilities management (UFM), through its lock shop, is responsible for the administration of this policy and for providing keys and building access cards to university faculty, staff and students for all university property.

Campus Community,    We were contacted by the Ashtabula City Police Department shortly after 8 a.m. about reports of gunfire that occurred in the area of Westshore Drive, east of campus. Police requested area schools be place into secure mode, and we immediately placed the campus on lockdown via the campus emergency messaging system and Flash ALERTS notifications. Flash鈥檚 Food Pantry officially opened in April, serving as a resource for students on the 黑料网 at East Liverpool campus who may need an occasional boost with putting food on their tables. Located on the basement floor of Purinton Hall, directly across the hall from the elevator, Flash鈥檚 Food Pantry is stocked with non-perishable food items, as well as personal hygiene products. The food pantry is open each Tuesday and Thursday, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Students are welcome to stop in during those hours and select needed items.
