Hospitality Inspiration Scholarship

The recipient of this scholarship must have engaged in community work that demonstrates social consciousness, or be overcoming challenges and serve as an inspiration to future generations of Hospitality Management students.

  • Must be a şÚÁĎÍř student in their junior or senior year of study, majoring in Hospitality and Event Management
  • Submission of current resume
  • Submission of unofficial transcript
  • Essay describing community work that demonstrates social consciousness or challenges overcome

3 FOODIES HOSPITALITY GROUP LLC SCHOLARSHIP

  • Must be enrolled in the College of Education, Health and Human Services in a Hospitality Management degree program, undergraduate or graduate
  • Must demonstrate financial need due to a unique or unexpected hardship that would cause a lack of funding needed to continue pursuing degree completion or developmental opportunities
  • A recipient can receive up to $1000 annually; not renewable, must reapply

şÚÁĎÍř Police investigated an unverified threat at Kent Hall that was received this morning. University police worked with federal and other law enforcement partners to assess the threat. Based on the investigation, police have determined that the threat is not credible. The threat is similar to those received recently at other schools and institutions. All classes and activities on campus will continue as scheduled.As always, if you see something suspicious, please report it to Kent State Police at 330-672-2212....

Kent State is competing in Campus Race to Zero Waste, an international waste reduction and recycling competition for colleges and universities. Everyone’s collective actions on campus—reducing, reusing and recycling—prevent waste from going into landfills and contribute to Kent State's Campus Race to Zero Waste standings.
