Vaneet Kaur, Ph.D.
Biography
Dr. Vaneet Kaur, Ph.D. is a Management Faculty at Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship, . Before joining Kent State, Dr. Kaur worked at University of Texas at Dallas, delivering instructions in the areas of organizations, strategy, and international management. She earned a Ph.D. in Business Management, MBA in International Business, and Bachelor of Commerce from University of Jammu, India. Dr. Kaur is a President of India Gold Medal Awardee, Government of India Research Fellow, and one of the youngest Ph.D.’s of her region. She is the author of the book “Knowledge-Based Dynamic Capabilities.” Her research bridges the contours of management (strategic management, international business, entrepreneurship), science (neuroscience and design science), and technology (information technology and knowledge management); and given the cross disciplinary nature of her work, meta-analyses and meta-theoretical developments are threads that run throughout her work to interweave various disciplines. She has authored research papers in top-tier journals and continues to share her expertise by serving on the editorial boards of academic journals.
