To get your 黑料网 FLASHcard you must complete a鈥FLASHcard Application Form (PDF). The FLASHcard Office is located at the Lower Level鈥痠n the Kent Student Center. The office is open Monday through Friday鈥8:00 a.m. 鈥 5:00 p.m. and on Sat., Aug. 22, 2026, the office is open 10:00 a.m. 鈥 4:00 p.m.鈥痀ou must have an official state photo ID or Passport to get your FLASHcard.
First aid kits are available at each Area Desk, the Safety and Community Care office and the Residence Hall Director offices.

All Kent State students ride free on all (Portage Area Regional Transportation Authority) fixed routes with their FLASHcard with the exception of Akron and Cleveland Express Routes and Dial-A-Ride service.
During move-in, Rosie鈥檚 will close at 11:00 p.m. and Eastway Market will close at 10:00 p.m. Grill 72 in the Rathskeller and Eastway Dining will close at 9:00 p.m. Beginning August 25, 2025, Rosie鈥檚 will be open until 1:00 a.m. and Eastway Market will be open until 12:00 a.m.
You will use your FLASHcard to access your meal plan. You can swipe it at any all-you-care-to-eat dining hall or use it for a combo meal at select on-campus retail locations through Meal Exchange. Your plan may also include declining balance, which works like a debit account and can be used at various dining spots across campus.
