Several new and renovated ������ buildings received Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED) recognition in 2016, bringing to 11 the total number of certified buildings on Kent State’s campuses. Terry Schwarz is the director of Kent State’s Cleveland Urban Design Collaborative (CUDC) which is the outreach arm of the College of Architecture and Environmental Design. Terry’s work at the CUDC includes neighborhood and campus planning, commercial and residential design guidelines, and ecological strategies for vacant land reuse.
