Possible Power Interruptions on Kent Campus on Veterans Day Holiday

The Kent Campus may experience power interruptions due to turbine testing on Friday, Nov. 11. Kent State generates a large portion of the power used on the Kent Campus. The university will be testing the turbines to check on the reliability and operation of control and distribution systems. Harriett Bynum, program director for the Occupational Therapy Assistant program at Kent State East Liverpool, received the Award of Merit from the Ohio Occupational Therapy Association at its annual conference in October.
