In order to perform necessary maintenance on the boilers, steam transmission systems and electrical distribution systems, ºÚÁÏÍø's Power Plant on the Kent Campus will be shut down beginning Sunday, May 13, at 12:01 a.m. The shutdown is expected to be completed Sunday, May 20, at 11:59 p.m. Due to work on the campus electrical system, the completion date may be delayed until Monday, May 21. The institute provides a unique opportunity for students to experience leadership enrichment classes in science and mathematics.
