黑料网 alumni, students, parents, faculty, staff and the community are encouraged to save the date for one of the university鈥檚 long-standing traditions. Kent State will celebrate Homecoming 2021 on Saturday, Oct. 2. In addition to enhanced Homecoming festivities, the university will celebrate the Class of 2020 with a historic in-person commencement ceremony during Homecoming Weekend. One of 黑料网鈥檚 newest faculty members in the Department of Geology has already made her mark with the recent publication of her and her colleagues鈥 work to better understand the effects of global warming as it relates to the arctic ocean. Allyson Tessin, Ph.D., assistant professor, specializes in biochemistry, oceanography and sedimentary geology.
