We will cover Departmental Security Administrator duties and procedures including how to look up a user access profile, how to use the new Fresh Service, and how to use the Banner Security Workflow. FRESH SERVICE, a new service management platform that handles request, trouble tickets, and technical support knowledge articles. All access management forms, including those related to DSA duties, will be deprecated and replaced with an all-new Fresh digital workflow.
