• Any bid not sent in PDF format will not be accepted.
• Any person wishing to bid for a position must submit a bid.
• Limit of bidding for two (2) positions only.
• Bids are limited to 5 pages, with a minimum font size of 12pt.

The Bid must contain the following:

1. Cover Page:

   1. Your name
   2. A photo
   3. All positions bidding for

2. Resumé including:

   1. Leadership experience in chronological order with year
   2. Job experience in chronological order with year
   3. Awards/recognition in chronological order with year

3. Answer the following questions:

   1. Describe the position in your own words.
   2. Explain how you will benefit from this position and how the organization will benefit from having you in this role.
   3. Why did you choose ºÚÁÏÍø?
   4. Why do you think getting involved on campus is important?
   5. What do you consider one of your leadership strengths?
   6. What are your plans and/or goals for the position?
   7. What do you want to accomplish during your time in the position?
