THERAPEUTIC PROGRAM WORKER with COMPASS FAMILY and COMMUNITY SERVICES
Location: Youngstown, OH
Salary: $16.00 Hourly
Responsibilities:
- Monitors residents and approved visitors at all times.
- Oversees medication supervision, re-stocking, and supply organization.
- Assists with new resident intakes and orientation.
- Provides or trains residents in skills for independent living.
- Implements proactive crisis intervention in alignment with each resident鈥檚 ISP.
- Plans and coordinates therapeutic and recreational activities.
- Operates agency vehicles and transports residents to appointments and activities.
- Collaborates with clinical staff and participates in ISP development and treatment meetings.
- Completes timely daily documentation using Credible.
- Performs residential support tasks, including housekeeping, shopping, fire watches, and meal preparation.
