  • Flashes Grow (for on-campus supervisors)
    Flashes GROW (Guided Reflection on Work) is a nationally recognized model that allows for brief, structured conversations between student employees and their supervisors to help students connect the skills and knowledge they are gaining in the classroom with the work they are doing, and vice versa.
  • Career Champions (for all faculty and staff) 
    Career Champions Training empowers faculty and staff to confidently weave career development conversations into everyday advising, teaching, and student support interactions. The program equips campus partners with practical strategies, language, and tools to help students make meaningful connections between their academic experiences and future career goals.
 

REQUEST A CAREER PRESENTATION

Provide career planning support for students by requesting a presentation on a variety of career topics. Requests are granted on a first-come, first-served basis and should be submitted at least two weeks prior to the date preferred. Multiple requests should be submitted separately.
