The Mindful Mile is a 1-mile walk around the Kent Campus that is open to students, faculty, and staff. Join KSoW & Undergraduate Student Government as you stop at peer led tables to engage in mindfulness activities relating to nature, mental health, physical activity, and mindful eating. Finish the event with a FREE yoga class on the Student Green. Complete the event survey at the end of the walk to be entered into our mindfulness basket raffle! 

You can start the walk at the K or the Eastway Courtyard.

  • Date & Time: Tuesday, Oct. 21 from 4:30 - 7 p.m. (Yoga starts at 6:30 p.m.)
  • Location: Start at the “K” on Risman Plaza or at Eastway Courtyard.
